In diesem 'Personal Coaching' coache ich dich für eine von dir ausgewählte Trainingseinheit. Ich werde dir Trainingstipps geben, deine Form/Technik während des Trainings unter die Lupe nehmen und dich, falls nötig ausbessern und dir generell dabei helfen, wie du das Meiste aus deinem Training bekommst. English: Be personally guided and coached by me through your training. In this 'Personal Coaching' I will coach you for a workout session of your choosing. I will give you training tips, look at your form/technique during the workout and tweak you if necessary and generally help you get the most out of your workout.
